GoViral ("we," "us," or "our") operates govirall.now and script.govirall.now (the "Services"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, including:
- Contact details — name, Discord username, email address, and TikTok or TikTok Shop handle
- Content you submit — raw video footage, links to that footage (e.g. Google Drive links), and notes about how you'd like it edited
- Payment information when you purchase a plan, handled directly by our third-party payment processor — we do not store your full card details ourselves
- Any TikTok video links or transcripts you submit to the free Script Writer tool
We also automatically collect limited technical information — such as IP address and browser type — through our hosting and form providers, for security and spam prevention.
How we use your information
- To deliver the video editing or script generation service you requested
- To communicate with you about your order, account, or free trial
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To improve our Services, including tailoring script or edit suggestions to your content style
- To send occasional updates about GoViral, which you can opt out of at any time
Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party services to run GoViral, and your information may pass through them solely to provide the Services:
- Hosting and form handling (e.g. Netlify)
- Workflow automation and spreadsheet storage (e.g. Zapier, Google Sheets) for managing orders and leads
- AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate scripts and transcribe video audio
- Payment processing for paid plans
- Our team's internal tools (e.g. Discord) for coordinating your order with an editor
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@goviral.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, such as order history and legal compliance, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
