Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of govirall.now and script.govirall.now (the "Services"), operated by GoViral ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services

GoViral provides TikTok Shop video editing services on paid subscription plans, along with a free AI-powered script writing tool. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time.

Subscription, Billing & Video Allowance

GoViral plans are monthly subscriptions, not a pay-per-video product. Your subscription gives you a dedicated production slot with our editing team for your billing cycle — including access to your assigned editor(s), our Discord workspace, and our production system. Each plan includes a monthly video allowance (e.g. "30 videos/month"), which is the maximum your subscription covers that cycle, not a separately-purchased balance of credits.

Billing and renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically on a fixed monthly date (your original signup date) and are billed regardless of how many videos you submitted that cycle. Your subscription is not paused or extended based on usage — it runs on a calendar basis.

Video allowance rollover. Unused videos do not fully carry over between cycles. Up to 15% of your plan's monthly video allowance may roll into your next cycle if unused, in addition to your new cycle's full allowance. Any unused amount beyond that 15% cap does not carry forward. Example: on a 180-video/month plan, up to 27 unused videos may roll into the next cycle. Footage submitted before your renewal date will always be completed and delivered regardless of which side of the renewal date the finished video lands on — this rollover limit applies only to unused allowance, not to work already in progress.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing from your next renewal date onward. It does not refund or prorate your current cycle, and any videos still owed within your current, already-paid cycle will still be completed.

Refunds. Because your subscription pays for a monthly production slot rather than individual videos, GoViral does not offer refunds for unused video allowance within a billing cycle. If GoViral fails to deliver footage you submitted in a timely manner, contact us to resolve it — we will complete outstanding submitted work rather than issue a refund in the first instance.

Turnaround time. We target a 24-hour turnaround on submitted footage under normal conditions. This is a target, not a guaranteed contractual delivery time.

Your account and content

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide us, including contact details and footage you submit for editing.
• You must own or have the right to use any footage, product information, or other content you send us for editing or script generation.
• You retain ownership of your raw footage and the videos we edit for you. By submitting footage, you grant us a limited license to use, edit, and store it solely to provide the Services.
• You're responsible for how you use any scripts or edited videos we deliver, including compliance with TikTok's platform rules and applicable advertising, endorsement, and disclosure laws.

Payment and plans

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
• We may change plan pricing or features going forward; we'll do our best to notify active subscribers of material changes.
• The free Script Writer tool is provided as-is and may have usage limits or be modified or discontinued at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Submit content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or that you don't have the rights to use
• Misrepresent products, prices, or claims in a way that violates TikTok Shop policies or consumer protection law
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Services

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.

AI-generated content

Scripts and suggestions produced by the Script Writer tool are generated with the help of third-party AI models. We do our best to make them useful and accurate, but you're responsible for reviewing and verifying any claims, pricing, or product details before using them — including for legal, regulatory, or platform-compliance purposes.

No guarantee of results

We don't guarantee any specific sales, views, engagement, or income results from using our editing services or scripts. Performance depends on many factors outside our control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoViral is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
